Google faces legal problem in online advertising market in EU

The acquisition of DoubleClick by online search engine giant Google will be reviewed by the EU antitrust authorities. The company Google is facing competition from other companies like Microsoft, Yahoo! and AOL that have got approval by the EU antitrust authorities for the online advertising marketing in EU.

Google is holding control over $30 billion advertising market on internet and the company DoubleClick is also an online ad company and it will be getting $3.1 billion from Google for acquisition.
