Broadway strike for the third day

The entertainment industry is down with the Broadway strike. The intervention by Mayor Bloomberg was straight away rejected by he union who said “Thanks, but no thanks” to the offer made by the Mayor.

The strike that continued for the third day has resulted in shutting down many TV programs and other entertainment programs. The strikers are being charged to be money grubbing thieves and this was also protested by the worker unions.

Bloomberg had intermediated for the musicians strike in 2003 that lasted for four days and so he wished to give his neutral intervention into the strike that was rejected by the unions.
