Airbus gain is Boeing’s loss
At the Dubai Aerospace Air Show the company Boeing 787 Dreamliner lost the bid of jet orders to Airbus A350.The bigger 747 Boeing offer was also rejected to A380 super jumbos. Airbus was selected by the Emirates over Boeing as it has more space and is bigger in size.
The president Tim Clark had wanted a bigger Boeing 787 Dreamliner but the company was not able to come up to the expectations of Emirates President and so it was not selected by Emirates.
The total order to Airbus is worth $11.4 billion after discounts and it is expected that the company sales will top the lists in the coming financial year with the Emirates deal.
