The legal battle against the antitrust regulators in Europe against Microsoft has been ended on the terms that the company, Microsoft Corp. will share its intellectual property with its rivals and competitors in Europe.
The highest court of Europe has finally given the judgment for the nine year old legal battle in favor of the antitrust regulators in Europe.
The company has decided to have liberal terms for the licensing of products in other parts of the world. Microsoft has paid 1 billion euros towards fines after the initial ruling in the battle.
