Sony to sell PS3 in Japan

Sony will introduce its new model of Play Station in Japan at a lower range. The price of the model is expected to be $342 and the feature of the gaming software will be that it will not be playing the PS2 games.

The model will be of 40GB hard disk and is planning its launch in Japan on 11th of November. The 60 GB model of PS3 by Sony has a cost of $470.

This offer will encourage customers who wish to spend less on the gaming software. The offers also includes a copy of the movie Spiderman -3 offered to the customer free off cost on initial buying of the software.

A low cost software Nintendo Wii is the most popular gaming software in Japan.
