SAP has plans to be stand-alone

SAP is planning to lay off the employees in marketing field. The sales people and those providing administrative services to the company may be laid off by the company. Removing employees won’t be easy for the company as there are many rules and regulations to be followed for that.
The company has introduced new software into the market and is trying to increase its customer base. The new product has the feature to attract small and mid size companies.
The new software will take away clients from the small software companies The promotion of the product need the sales people to be retained and the company will keep a major sales employees for expansion of the client base for the new software, but the company has a policy to serve a permanent customer base and retain only the technical support and lay of employee into Sales and Administrative jobs.
